I was all about the linen shirts and hats on holidays, until a stranger made a Jurrasic Park joke. I’ll try to embrace the archaeologist vibes 🦕

Oh man, in the words of Aoife this is ALSO the shit I live for. Love the lists, the attention to detail, the thought behind it all!!! I’m island hopping in Greece and have had my outfits planned for nearly a year! 😳 Also I ALWAYS forget the muumuu, the over sized shirt, the T-shirt dress ~ something to throw on for brekkie, pre dinner, post swim. Never manage to remember it!

Seeing as you all {One of you} asked it seems I must! For me it’s colour palettes and separates. I sadly discovered years ago dresses can be worn one way where’s as tops and bottoms have a multitude of pairings especially if all in the same colour palette. Take some neutrals {Tan, white, black} another one or two colours. There is a science to looking good out of a suitcase and yes I am single with a lot of time on my hands 🤓

So good, thank you for indulging me! Also, you absolutely deserve your flowers for thoughtful packing. Moreover, speaking on behalf of those that love this level of detail, you are doing a vital service. With this in mind: asking people what their creature comfort that supersedes any of their packing rules is among the great travel ice-breakers. Have an incredible time in Greece! ❤️

Ahhhh so good! Thanks for making me chuckle. Brings me back to my days backpacking through southern Europe with my best friend at 19. If only we’d had the solace of the fat sisters! I still think about my sore back and bottomless pit of a backpack (and the heinous beach/shower towel that saw 3(?) official washes in 60 days). That one is unforgivable.
